Theobald recommends: "The best account of the portraits of Shakespeare that I can find is that given in Appleton Morgan's Shakespeare myth." He goes on to list various ways Shakespeare's name appears in various early editions. On letterhead from 25 Lee Terrace, Blackheath, S.E. Recipient's name is illegible. Signed from R.M.T.
